Job Summary

As an Industrial Supervisor with MasTec Industrial, you will oversee the daily activities of crew workers to build rotors, erect base and mid-sections, and offload turbine components while meeting production schedule timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret specifications and read blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks
  • Assist in laying out work for crew members and preplan daily activities to meet job schedule
  • Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers and order necessary materials
  • Coordinate equipment needs, ensure operators are qualified, and maintain equipment
  • Support the jobsite Superintendent in coordinating activities of individual projects
  • May perform related trade work as required and travel to different jobsites on a limited notice
Requirements
  • 4 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or GED Certification (preferred)
  • Plus 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
