Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the restaurant, construction, and cleaning industries within the Latino business community. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand clients' staffing needs and provide customized staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Marketing and Outreach: Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials, to effectively communicate our services to potential clients. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and generate leads.
- Office Support: Assist with various office duties as needed, including administrative tasks, data entry, and customer service support.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with the restaurant, construction, and cleaning industries is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- 100% commission-based pay structure.
- Competitive commission rates based on sales performance.
- Paid training stipend of $150 per week for the duration of the training period.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the role.
- Attend scheduled training sessions either in-office or via Zoom to qualify for the training stipend.
