About the Role

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children, ensuring alignment with ESDM principles and individualized intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay up-to-date on advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans that empower children to reach their full potential.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification (Soar provides paid training).
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
