Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Developmental Therapist to join our team in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
About the RoleWe are committed to providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families. As a Child Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
Responsibilities- Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
- Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
- $40 per hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities; all staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion

Soar Autism Center is creating a network of interdisciplinary clinics dedicated to helping children with autism and their families thrive.
Our services include naturalistic therapy (Early Start Denver Model), speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health services, and diagnostic services, all designed to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to care.
We ensure continuity of care from diagnosis through therapy, fostering a seamless experience for families.
Our clinicians collaborate closely with families to develop individualized therapy plans, setting ambitious goals that empower children to reach their full potential.
