Charge Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at the University Rehabilitation Center. This role is ideal for a registered nurse or licensed vocational nurse looking to take on a leadership position and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:
Provide direction to nurse aides for the appropriate care of residents.
Administer resident medication accurately and promptly.
Implement resident care plans in compliance with company and federal guidelines and physician's orders.
Perform treatments and accurately document residents' charts.
Participate in shift reports and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
Good communication skills and ability to organize workflow.
