Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Manage and oversee pharmacy staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and apply knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
