About the Role

Clinical Architecture is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Software Development team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by creating and maintaining project plans, managing deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope and delivery dates in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Create and execute project plans, manage project milestones, and track timelines.
  • Provide project management support throughout the SDLC.
  • Plan, track, and report project performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Assess and escalate risks and threats to projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Management by managing projects and estimates within Jira Atlassian.
  • Oversee team workloads across projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of a project management framework and associated processes and templates.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with project management best practices, such as the PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex, enterprise projects or programs.
  • Experience working in SDLC/Agile-hybrid environments, managing projects to deliver software solutions, and working as a project manager.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools is highly desirable.
  • A working knowledge of Jira Atlassian.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus.
