Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with production staff to identify improvement opportunities and optimize production processes.
  • Assist in the design and installation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Support production by troubleshooting technical issues and enhancing production efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze production metrics to develop performance reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Support new product launches by developing manufacturing procedures.
  • Conduct experiments and interface with vendors to contribute to production tools' development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation for processes and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Train production personnel on new processes and standards.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
