- Overseeing and mentoring a team of Customer Growth Managers.

Customer Growth Process Evolution
Work closely with the Director of Customer Growth to craft effective Playbooks, Success Plan Frameworks, and related methodologies that ensure a consistent and measurable approach to customer engagement.
Evaluate and innovate processes to guarantee our customers are successfully utilizing our products.
Engage cross-functionally with internal teams to drive value and growth, sharing customer insights that will inform future product enhancements.
Execution of Customer Growth Initiatives
- Delivering value that enhances customer retention and growth.
- Identifying and executing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Proactively managing risks to prevent dissatisfaction and loss of business, thereby driving retention throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Discovering use cases, identifying business needs, and facilitating expansion.
- Acting as a product and company ambassador, ensuring our strong culture is upheld.
The average base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, with eligibility for a commission/incentive plan.
