Store Manager in Training Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Store Manager in Training. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with district leaders and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive and aligned with CVS Health's vision and values.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a pharmacy or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
