We are looking for an experienced Interagency Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to join our team at Dexis Consulting Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in assessment, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as experience working with interagency teams.

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Position

This project will provide a broad range of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) support to DSCA. Project tasks will include desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, distribution list management, AM&E capacity building, event organizing and facilitation, and administrative backstopping.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of AM&E Sub-Working Groups
  • Support planning, design, and implementation of Sub-Working Groups
  • Manage the schedule and invitations for Working Group and Sub-Working Group meetings
  • Draft updates on Sub-Working Group progress for regular client status reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience strategizing, planning, designing, or implementing assessment, monitoring or evaluation programs or projects in the security sector
  • 2 years of experience coordinating interagency monitoring and evaluation efforts
  • 2 years of experience facilitating working groups
  • Familiarity with DoDI 5132.14
