Key Responsibilities:- Provide information and process applications for COVID-19 disaster-related assistance through verbal and/or written methods.
- Schedule applicants to complete the application process.
- Perform application review to determine eligibility based on established program guidelines.
- Analyze financial information against income eligibility requirements.
- Perform quality checks on all submitted applications before submitting for final approval.
- Manage high-volume case loads with excellent organization skills.
- Provide excellent customer service to assist applicants through the process.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
- 1 or more years of related experience, including multi-tasking in a fast-paced and complex business environment.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Outlook and Office.
- Spanish speaking applicants required.
- Prior income verification or financial experience preferred.
