Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to end-users within our desktop computing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals
- Install and configure hardware and software, including operating systems and applications
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
- Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the IT industry
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and PC/Laptop hardware
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM
- Knowledge of Apple OS and mobile devices
- Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
