Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and other safety measures.
- Manage staffing levels, including scheduling and shift management.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing administration.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred but not required.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management role at a Nursing Facility.
- Strong knowledge of assisted living, Medicare, and acute care settings.
- Proven ability to effectively supervise and manage a team of nursing professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.

- Full-time position.
- 8 hour shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- Relocation to Rochester, NY 14604 is required before starting work.
