Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and senior leadership team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including financial data, personnel records, and other sensitive materials.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operation of the office.
- Coordinate and plan special events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging logistics, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information and guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administration and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior leadership team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
