Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and senior leadership team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including financial data, personnel records, and other sensitive materials.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operation of the office.
  • Coordinate and plan special events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging logistics, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administration and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior leadership team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
