Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Educational Programs: Create and deliver engaging educational experiences utilizing the Creative Curriculum, ensuring the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of children at all times.
  • Supervise and Engage Children: Actively supervise children at all times, engaging in play in all areas of the classroom and curriculum, including floor play, outdoor/gross motor, and music/movement activities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all educational paperwork and documentation in education databases, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and Universal Pre-K regulations.
Requirements
  • Mandated Reporter: All staff are mandated reporters of known or suspected child abuse.
  • Education and Experience: Requirements include a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and relevant experience working with young children.
