Position Overview:
The Examination Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a secure and professional testing environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
The individual in this role must exhibit a keen attention to detail and ensure that all examination protocols and guidelines are meticulously followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all examination materials, logs, and related documents.
- Remain vigilant to detect and prevent any instances of academic dishonesty; enforce Testing Center regulations.
- Maintain a serene atmosphere conducive to testing.
- Adhere to all examination procedures and strictly follow company policies with sound judgment.
- Facilitate the check-in process for candidates, verify their identification, and clarify the examination procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Our preferred candidate will possess a flexible schedule, with availability to work various shifts from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
This is a part-time role, requiring 15-19 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as necessary.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience is desirable.
- Prior experience in proctoring or invigilating examinations is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact with candidates in a professional and authoritative manner.
- Flexibility in work hours and days is essential.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods and escort candidates to and from the testing area.
- Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment, with the ability to hear soft voices and observe details from a distance.
