Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at CUSA, LLC. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front office operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front office operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Verify guest information, including room numbers and payment details, to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area, including the reception desk, lobby, and surrounding areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, colleagues, and management. The position requires standing for long periods, using a computer, and performing other physical tasks as needed.
