Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Specialist II to join our team at UW Green Bay. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of equipment and apparel purchases, including ordering, receiving, distribution, and accounting. The successful candidate will also assist with financial operations, including expense reimbursements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the ordering, invoicing, and inventory of Adidas equipment and apparel.
  • Assist with expense reimbursements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Compile financial information for annual NCAA audits and reports.
  • Assist with documentation for departmental expenditures.
  • Purchase promotional items as requested by Athletics Marketing staff.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent at time of application.
  • 2 years of work experience in a business setting.
  • Working knowledge of desktop hardware and standard business software programs.
  • Working knowledge of inventory practices and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in a purchasing department, equipment room, university athletic department, or sports organization.
  • Associate's Degree in Sports Administration, Accounting, or related field.
