Maintenance Technician II

Care for our properties and residents by maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and excellent customer service.
As a Floating Maintenance Technician II at WinnCompanies, you will assist at multiple residential communities throughout the state, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and our residents are happy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and making repairs in areas such as appliances, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Performing maintenance service orders associated with our preventive maintenance program, building and safety inspection, and annual unit inspection.
- Maintaining grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping, and trash management activities.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and/or carpentry.
- Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
- Availability for on-call activity during off-hours for urgent needs.
- Ability to speak and understand basic English.
