Job Summary

Greenlight Financial LLC is seeking an Accounting Assistant Manager to support our tax department. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The estimated salary for this role is $52,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tax Return Preparation: Prepare and review tax returns for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain and update customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, and mailing attentions.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule tax work and assignments for the Tax Director, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create reports regarding the current status of tax returns as requested by management.
  • Document Organization: Organize and manage all tax reports, statements, and documents relating to clients.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
