Responsibilities

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop sales associates, and maintain store operations.
  • Coaching and developing sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales on the floor.
  • Driving your own sales performance and contributing to the store's overall sales goals.
  • Training sales associates on POS transactions and resolving customer service issues.
  • Opening and closing the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of retail experience.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
