Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team at The Omni Family of Services. As a Trauma-Informed Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing individual, group, and family therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide trauma-informed care to clients, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and crisis interventions as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proof of automobile insurance and certification in first aid/CPR, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and universal precautions.
  • Experience working with children with developmental and intellectual disabilities, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of clinical diagnoses and interventions for mental health conditions.
