Job Title: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Outpatient Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting mental health issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
