Job Overview

Quality Gold, Inc. is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. As a wholesale distributor and manufacturer, we offer a wide range of jewelry and gift products, and we're looking for a dedicated professional to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment.
  • Install and move machinery, including electrical components.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems.
  • Follow a preventative maintenance schedule to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Document, maintain, and update maintenance activities, repairs, logs, and parts.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency situations promptly to minimize production interruptions.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify the root cause of problems.
  • Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Perform equipment modifications and upgrades needed.
  • Assist with building maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general repairs.
  • Ensure the machinery is safe and well-maintained.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Report equipment status and any significant issues to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in industrial maintenance or related fields.
  • Apprentice Electrician certification.
Work Environment

This position primarily involves working inside a warehouse and manufacturing facility located in a secure area of the building. This position will be exposed to dust, noise, heat, and chemicals.
