We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in delivering complex subsea and surface projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead engineering teams through all phases of project execution, including design, development, testing, and commissioning.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to the engineering team, ensuring designs meet all project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with our quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, and review and approve cost estimates, change orders, and invoices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team, and mentor and develop engineering talent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
