Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engineering teams through all phases of project execution, including design, development, testing, and commissioning.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to the engineering team, ensuring designs meet all project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
  • Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with our quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, and review and approve cost estimates, change orders, and invoices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team, and mentor and develop engineering talent.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
