Position Overview

The RN case manager is integral to the effective and efficient delivery of healthcare services by orchestrating the patient's care strategy. This role necessitates upholding care standards, achieving desired health outcomes, and enhancing patient satisfaction.

The case manager collaborates closely with the healthcare team to evaluate medical necessity, liaises with insurance providers, and ensures the timely advancement of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Minnesota
