Job Summary:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that all customers have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure
  • Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

To succeed in this role, ideal candidates should possess:

  • Previous experience in high-volume environments with excellent customer service skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and food and beverage
  • A working knowledge of Resy/OpenTable systems
  • Flexibility with open availability
