Job Summary

Five Star Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and caring service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Service: Identify opportunities to sell bank products and services to clients, and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of bank products and services, including deposit, loan, and investment products.
  • Compliance: Maintain knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and complete assigned compliance training.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience: 1+ years of financial services experience in retail banking, with a demonstrated ability to process transactions and execute a consultative advice-led approach with customers.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
