Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer II to join our agile scrum team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality production software and contributing to the growth and development of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with proficiency in modern javascript-based web stacks and frameworks such as NextJS and NestJS. They will also have experience working with relational databases, designing APIs, and services-based architecture.

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $130,000, a 4-day work week, and a work-from-anywhere policy. Our benefits package includes 3 weeks of PTO, 11 paid holidays, 401(k) + match, and 75% employer-paid health benefits.

  • Support your team's objective of delivering high-quality production software by actively contributing to coding, quality assurance, observability, security, and reliability initiatives.
  • Participate in your team's on-call rotation, methodically troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Be an integral part of your team's daily processes such as task sizing and prioritization.
  • Assist your team in planning and breaking down technical tasks while ensuring the timely completion of roadmap milestones.
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to collaborate on requirements ideation and implementation.
