Insurance Sales Broker Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, obtain, and develop successful broker relationships on a regional to national level to maintain profitable sales growth.
- Research and identify new business leads, establishing and maintaining professional networks.
- Cold-call potential clients, presenting proposals and client-specific solutions to drive sales growth.
- Educate brokers about the FrankCrum product line, providing updates and retraining as needed.
- Maintain professional licensing and technical knowledge by participating in industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the PEO or insurance industry.
- Exceptional written, listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage a large territory.
- Knowledge of PEO structure, cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and probability/risk management.
