Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at LifePoint Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems throughout the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and install electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances in accordance with hospital electrical codes and regulations.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating electrical equipment.
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of lighting systems, including ordering and storing light bulbs and ballasts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that electrical systems are functioning properly and safely.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical systems installation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of hospital electrical codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
