Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain predictive modeling tools to inform enrollment strategies and improve student success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enrollment processes and improve data integrity
  • Provide strategic level, data-driven analyses and presentations to inform decision-making
  • Manage and analyze complex data sets to inform enrollment strategies and improve student outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional research and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution and 8+ years of work-related experience
  • At least five years of progressive managerial experience in a systems technical operations, or financial aid/admissions/enrollment environment
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office tools, email, and the Internet with the ability to learn a variety of new technology systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA, Ed.D, Ph.D, or other advanced certifications or degree in Higher education, Data Science, Educational assessment, business systems, Computer science, technology, marketing automation, etc.
  • Experience in scheduling and proficiency with Slate and Banner preferred
