Job Title: Environmental Projects Manager - Ecosystem Scientist

We are seeking a qualified individual to drive our integrated solutions in environmental science and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecological or marine science, with a minimum of five years of experience in project management and environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply knowledge of ecosystems, marine processes, and climate-change risks to develop practical nature-forward solutions for tropical marine and coastal ecosystems.
  • Conduct field and desk-top research, and contribute to reporting, including Environmental and Socio-Economic Impact Assessments.
  • Manage internal and external consulting teams, set project timelines, monitor team and project deliverables, and update stakeholders on project progress.
  • Coordinate and communicate with high-end clients, governmental agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and work plans, collect, process, and evaluate data, and interpret permits and other environmental documents.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in ecological or marine science.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in project management and environmental projects, with direct experience in EIA/ESIA.
  • Proven track record working successfully with different skills, especially coastal engineering.
  • Experience in tropical coastal ecology, biology, and management.
  • Understanding of infrastructure and its interaction with ecosystems.
  • Some experience in private sector preferred, as well as practical experience in applying solutions to real-world situations.
