Job Title: Environmental Projects Manager - Ecosystem ScientistWe are seeking a qualified individual to drive our integrated solutions in environmental science and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecological or marine science, with a minimum of five years of experience in project management and environmental projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply knowledge of ecosystems, marine processes, and climate-change risks to develop practical nature-forward solutions for tropical marine and coastal ecosystems.
- Conduct field and desk-top research, and contribute to reporting, including Environmental and Socio-Economic Impact Assessments.
- Manage internal and external consulting teams, set project timelines, monitor team and project deliverables, and update stakeholders on project progress.
- Coordinate and communicate with high-end clients, governmental agencies, and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and work plans, collect, process, and evaluate data, and interpret permits and other environmental documents.
- Master's degree in ecological or marine science.
- A minimum of five years of experience in project management and environmental projects, with direct experience in EIA/ESIA.
- Proven track record working successfully with different skills, especially coastal engineering.
- Experience in tropical coastal ecology, biology, and management.
- Understanding of infrastructure and its interaction with ecosystems.
- Some experience in private sector preferred, as well as practical experience in applying solutions to real-world situations.
- Commensurate salary with experience.
- Benefits and annual bonus pay.
