Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Initiative Manager to join our team at Project Consulting Group (PCG). In this role, you will lead clients and program teams through large, high-visibility initiatives, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans, leveraging your expertise in program management to drive results.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless execution and communication.
  3. Lead program teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful outcomes.
  4. Monitor program status, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
