ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyor Equipment Field Service Technician to join our team as a Western Territory Conveyance Specialist. In this critical role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ASGCO conveyor equipment and services to our distributors, OEMs, and end-user customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and Maintain ASGCO Products: Perform product installations and maintenance of ASGCO manufactured products throughout the Western States.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure all service jobs and projects are performed safely, on-time, and with the highest level of quality workmanship.
  • Assist Territory Managers: Assist ASGCO Territory Managers and distributor salesmen with conveyor inspections, training, and sales as needed in their respective territories.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Assist with increasing sales and market share for all ASGCO products and services by providing solutions to our customers.
  • Inventory and Shipping Management: Manage and maintain accurate branch inventory and shipments.
  • Travel Requirements: 50% travel required for this role.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Basic Welding and Fabricating Skills: Possess basic welding and fabricating skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Provide good customer service and communication skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Demonstrate reliability, organization, detail, and focus.
  • Industry Experience: Industry conveyor manufacturing and sales experience is preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheet applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
