Key Skills:
- Considerable experience in general institutional housekeeping.
- Ability to perform custodial duties including regular and mechanical equipment cleaning, dust mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing floors, walls and ceilings, replacing lamps and wall mounted fixtures, small furniture repairs, lawn maintenance, and snow removal as needed.
- Conscientious and safe working habits.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a general or technical high school or GED.
- One year custodial experience.
