String Music Instructor

About the Position
Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a skilled and experienced string music educator to teach part-time at one of our locations. We are looking for teachers who will instruct in person, with the ability to set their availability within our open hours as needed. Both students and school staff appreciate consistency, and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability.
Successful candidates will have a strong music background, evidenced by a degree in music performance or pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience. They will also have a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.
Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $30-$35/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job.
