Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the outbound warehouse, including scheduling shipments and managing inventory records.
  • Directly manage a cross-functional team of employees, responsible for employee hiring, training, performance, and retention.
  • Responsible for inventory management activities, including physical inventory audits, excess and obsolete material mitigation, and parts record integrity.
  • Manage and mitigate financial transactions associated with supply and resource operations.
  • Participate in kaizen projects to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Lead safety, quality, and cost initiatives set forth by the plant and corporate.
  • Interact with all levels of the organization, including bargaining and non-bargaining hourly and salary employees, as well as executive leadership.
Requirements
  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the organization.
  • Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to direct the workforce and deliver results on key performance indicators.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
  • Bilingual English/Korean.
  • Extensive knowledge in data analytics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access, or other database applications.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work around potential exposure to dust and chemicals.
  • Ability to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job function.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
