  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Make referrals for other community services based on the treatment plan.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, and we offer a range of benefits, including paid parental leave, flexible work policy, student loan assistance, training and education, and well-being resources for you and your family.
