Position Summary

The role involves overseeing a dedicated team of Puppy Counselors while ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients and their pets.

Work Schedule

This position typically operates from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours responsibilities as needed.

Compensation Package

Hourly rate ranges from $24 to $28, based on experience, translating to a monthly salary of $3,800 to $4,500. Additional benefits include:

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relations
  • Guide new clients in selecting appropriate courses from our curriculum.
  • Ensure a premium experience for clients from enrollment to graduation.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels.
  • Promote our services through local outreach.
Team Leadership
  • Assist in the daily operations of the school by managing opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise and support the Puppy Counselors.
  • Fill in for absent staff as necessary.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and manage payroll.
  • Conduct onboarding and performance evaluations for team members.
Operational Management
  • Oversee inventory and procurement of supplies.
  • Manage financial accounts, including payables and receivables.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for various operational needs.
  • Develop and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency.
