Position SummaryThe role involves overseeing a dedicated team of Puppy Counselors while ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients and their pets.
Work ScheduleThis position typically operates from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours responsibilities as needed.
Compensation PackageHourly rate ranges from $24 to $28, based on experience, translating to a monthly salary of $3,800 to $4,500. Additional benefits include:

- Supervise and support the Puppy Counselors.
- Fill in for absent staff as necessary.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage payroll.
- Conduct onboarding and performance evaluations for team members.
- Oversee inventory and procurement of supplies.
- Manage financial accounts, including payables and receivables.
- Coordinate with external service providers for various operational needs.
- Develop and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency.
