Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Manager Trainee to join our team at Orkin. As a Service Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for leading a team of service professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of service professionals to deliver top-notch service to customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our service standards are met
  • Train and develop new service professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
  • Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
