Job Summary:

Talent Search PRO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Practitioner - Perioperative Care to join our surgical team and oversee perioperative care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care plans, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and protocols.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective perioperative care strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide high-quality perioperative care.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Mentor and support nursing staff in clinical decision-making and skill development.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in patient records.
  • Assist in managing the unit's workflow and resolving any operational challenges.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a nursing team.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (current).

Estimated Salary: $125,000 per annum
