Job Overview

Morrison Industries LLC is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Eastern Michigan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales activities for assigned accounts or territories.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus a car allowance and enticing commissions. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days, short/long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) program, and PTO days & paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide support to management in addressing customer service issues as they emerge.
  • Crm Management: Maintain consistent use of the CRM platform by diligently entering prospect data for each customer interaction.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with New Equipment Representatives to enhance collaboration and information exchange.
  • Communication: Foster connections with Branch Dispatchers and Managers to facilitate efficient communication and coordination.
  • Sales Activities: Engage in regular and meaningful conversations with clients, addressing their concerns, exploring opportunities, and navigating challenges.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve the goal of selling approximately 120 maintenance agreements/contracts per year.
  • Lead Generation: Create new leads through various prospecting activities such as cold calls, canvassing, customer referrals, and maintain our existing customer base.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and activity reports, submitting them as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in sales with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Industry knowledge and familiarity with market dynamics.
  • Sales Techniques: Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Customer Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organization skills.
  • Data Analysis: Basic data analysis and CRM system proficiency.
