Job Description:

At ListEngage, we believe in harnessing the power of digital transformation to improve lives. As a Digital Transformation Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' customer experience.

With a strong background in data architecture and integrations, you will work across multiple channels and clouds in Salesforce. Your consulting skills and ability to drive conversations with architects and business stakeholders will be essential in delivering marketing and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Marketing and Data Operations, with expertise in deploying Salesforce technology solutions. Knowledge of Interaction Studio and the broader Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers achieve a 1:1 marketing vision by unifying their customer experience on the web, mobile app, and email.
  • Drive conversations with client architects and business stakeholders, armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions.
  • Contribute to program visions while advising and articulating project strategies for enabling marketing and technical solutions.
  • Provide guidance on integration best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, and functional solution architecture & design.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to address their ongoing needs.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert for clients and provide thought leadership.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Work independently, multi-task, allocate time appropriately, and prioritize effectively.
  • Produce blueprints and documentation to aid in understanding existing architecture solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about customer experience and digital transformation, with a proven track record in Marketing and Data Operations.
  • Experienced in deploying Salesforce technology solutions – ideally in Interaction Studio, with knowledge of the broader Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Understanding of web application architecture, including single-page applications and server-side HTML web applications.
  • Understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong ability to write best practice code in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Some knowledge of SQL, Python also preferable.
  • Able to work well under pressure, with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Proven track record of supporting cross-platform digital projects with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members.
  • Experience of building and deploying solutions across markets and/or brands preferable.
  • Experience with other CXPs/CDPs would be a plus (Adobe Experience Platform, Thunderhead, Exponea, Tealium Audience Stream).
  • Strong organizational, consulting, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is required or candidate must be willing to get certified soon after start of employment.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
