Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our restaurant team in delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management and cost control
  • Manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure excellent service delivery, including responding to guest complaints and resolving issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to promote the restaurant and increase sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier; supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Prior cash handling and experience with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
