Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Southern California.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Physical Therapist to work with children ages 0-3 in their homes, providing early intervention services and making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for a caseload of children ages birth to 3 in the home environment.
  • Provide parent education and home programs related to treatment goals as a result of developmental milestones.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team inclusive of Child Development Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Service Coordinators, Physicians, and family members.
  • Complete biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment tools to record delays in the developmental milestones and set goals to reach milestone outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (MPT, DPT) in Physical Therapy.
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy licensure in California.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current TB test.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Desire to work with patients in a home setting.
  • Pediatric experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish.
Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
