Job Title: Assistant Store Leader

Job Type: Full-time

Description:

As a key member of our Quick Quack Car Wash team, the Assistant Store Leader plays a vital role in driving business success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This dynamic leader will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, leading daily store operations, and coaching team members to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Leader in hiring and training new team members
  • Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of team members, providing direction and support
  • Assist with employment actions, including discipline and termination of team members in accordance with company policy
  • Monitor store performance, identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies
  • Enforce the proper use of sales pitches with the team
  • Maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to read, count, and write accurately
  • Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards
  • Ability to assign and delegate tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Selecting Talent: Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs
  • Building Talent: Develop the team to ensure they provide outstanding service and are prepared for future growth
  • Coaching: Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching, 1 on 1s, and individual development plans
  • Decision Making: Actively seek data from a variety of sources to identify opportunities and make rapid and well-informed decisions to improve results
