We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Baptist Health in North Little Rock, AR. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible physician to provide high-quality patient care in a private practice style outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in medication management, therapy, and supervision of residents. As a faculty member, you will participate in faculty development opportunities, teaching resident didactics, and contribute to the growth of our child adolescent division.

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes excellent PTO, employer 403(b) contributions, generous CME allowance, and medical malpractice coverage.

Baptist Health's behavioral health clinic is a state-of-the-art facility affiliated with the Baptist Health/UAMS Psychiatry residency program. Our residents undergo rigorous training, with many completing fellowships in other programs. As a colleague, you will work closely with these future leaders in psychiatry.

To qualify for this position, applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible MDs or DOs. We offer a J-1 visa waiver and require all physicians to obtain Arkansas licensure before starting practice.
