We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Eligibility Technicians I/II in the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews with applicants to gather information and determine eligibility for public assistance programs
  • Review and process applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Interpret program regulations and provide information to applicants and the general public

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
